A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Clients may pay upfront at the time of booking, before the session, or wait until the photos are reviewed.

Photos will not be delivered to client until photographer receives full payment.

For customized and larger scale photography sessions, a payment plan may be available for the client.

Rate of $0.59 per mile driven from main office.

Allowed with 24 hours notice. The deposit is non-refundable unless the time slot is re-booked by another client.

If the photographer shows up to a session and the client cancels the session, the client is then responsible for paying the full amount for the session and the deposit is non-refundable.

When a session is cancelled by the client the deposit is non-refundable. If the Photographer is able to re-book the scheduled time slot, then the deposit is refunded.

Re-booking A Session

$75 re-booking fee.

A client is allowed to re-book a cancelled session if they re-schedule 24 hours before the previously scheduled session time and I haven't made a trip to the property yet.

A re-scheduled session is billed at full-price, as a second shoot.

One professional photography session.

Top of the line equipment and gear.

Fully edited images with appropriate color correction, exposure adjustment, clean-up, cropping, re-sizing, etc.

File formats available to clients are jpegs or tiffs.

All images are high resolution files unless another request is made by the client.

Turnaround time for file delivery is 24-48 hours after session is complete, varies per project.

File delivery via one of the following options:

  • Email
  • Cd
  • USB Flash Drive
  • Online Gallery (upon request, additional fee)

License & Service Agreement

Prior to the session, the client will be presented with a Licensing and Service Agreement.

It is illegal to copy or use images without the written permission of Kayme Clark. Use without permission may be subject to civil or criminal penalties.

The session will go on - hopefully!  I am prepared to shoot in most types of weather conditions.

In a case where it is no longer safe to work, the shoot may be delayed or even postponed, at photographer's discretion. A $75 re-booking fee is then applied.
